Smart Lighting

Aqara lighting takes two approaches: connected luminaires — bulbs, downlights, light strips, track lights, ceiling lights and spotlights — and wall switches, dimmers and in-wall relays that make existing fittings controllable. The decision is normally made circuit by circuit, since a circuit switched at the wall behaves differently from one where every fitting is individually addressable. Dimming range, colour temperature and ceiling cut-out then separate the luminaires from each other.
