Online Orders and Deliveries

Local delivery is free for every online order to an address in Singapore, with the usual exceptions such as Jurong Island and Sentosa. There is no minimum order value or quantity to qualify. Orders are sent by whichever courier service is appropriate for the shipment, and items held in stock are normally delivered within four working days.

Self-collection (9 Gul St 4, Singapore 629238)

Orders may also be collected at no cost from our office at 9 Gul St 4, Singapore 629238, on the 2nd floor. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Let us know after ordering and we will have the order packed and waiting. Payment is completed online before collection.

The office is a distribution warehouse rather than a retail counter, so there is nothing on display there and orders are not picked on the spot.
