Aqara Singapore Experience Centre
The smart home, switched on. Every light, lock, curtain and sensor in the Aqara range — installed, connected, and ready for you to try.
Five zones. Everything working.
This isn’t a shelf of boxes — it’s a working smart home you can walk through. Press things. Open things. Ask why.
The lighting wall
Downlights, spotlights, strips and bulbs — dimming, shifting from warm to cool, and running scenes. See the difference between smart bulbs and smart switches on real fixtures before choosing either.
Curtains & shades in motion
Motorised S-fold curtains, roller shades and blind controllers, mounted and running. Feel how quiet the motors actually are — the thing photos can't tell you.
Door locks on real doors
Fingerprint, PIN, and Apple Home Key locks fitted to actual doors and gates, ready to try. Bring your gate questions — mortise, deadbolt or retrofit, we'll show you which fits.
Switches & control panels
Wall switches, touchscreen scene panels and wireless buttons wired to the room around them. Tap a scene and watch the floor respond.
Sensors & security
Presence sensors, cameras, video doorbells, and door and window sensors — plus the automations they trigger, running live.
Bring your floor plan. Or just your ideas.
There’s no script and no pressure — but if you want one, there’s a flow that works:
Walk the floor
Try everything. Dim the lighting wall, run the curtains, unlock the doors. Wander on your own or grab someone — both are fine.
Talk it through
Sit down with a consultant — with your floor plan, photos of your place, or nothing but ideas. They'll map devices to rooms and flag the practical stuff early: wiring, hub placement, what your gate actually needs.
Leave with a plan
You'll walk out knowing what your home needs, room by room. And when you're ready, the same team quotes, installs and sets it all up.
The team is the exhibit, honestly.
The people on the floor aren’t showroom staff reading spec sheets — they’re the same team that plans, installs and integrates Aqara homes across Singapore, week in, week out.
Which means you can ask the awkward questions. Whether your switches will work without a neutral wire. Whether your metal gate can take a smart lock. Whether to build on Apple Home, Google, or keep it all in one app. You’ll get a straight answer, and usually a live demo of it.
“The best visits are the ones where someone arrives curious and leaves with a plan they actually understand.”

Common questions
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but appointments are recommended — a booked slot guarantees a consultant is free to walk you through the setups and plan your home with you.
What are the opening hours?
10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Sunday. The centre is closed on Singapore public holidays.
What can I see at the showroom?
The whole Aqara range installed and working: smart lighting, motorised curtains and shades, door locks on real doors and gates, wall switches and touchscreen panels, presence sensors, cameras and doorbells — and the automations that tie them together.
How do I get there by MRT?
The Experience Centre is at 24 Keong Saik Road, about a 6-minute walk from Outram Park MRT (East-West, North-East and Thomson-East Coast lines) and a similar walk from Maxwell MRT.
Is there parking nearby?
There is limited street parking along Keong Saik Road itself, and public carparks nearby in the Duxton and Chinatown area.
Can you install what I choose?
Yes. PFE Technologies is Aqara's distributor and professional installation and integration partner for Singapore — the same team behind the showroom handles installation, setup and whole-home integration.
Should I bring anything?
A floor plan helps us plan faster — even a phone photo of one is great. But it's not required: photos of your rooms, or just your ideas, are plenty to start with.
Ready when you are.
Book a slot and a consultant is yours for the visit — or just walk in during opening hours and see where the floor takes you.
