Singapore’s premier smart home showroom

Aqara Singapore Experience Centre

The smart home, switched on. Singapore’s official Aqara showroom — every light, lock, curtain and sensor in the range, installed, connected, and ready for you to try.

What’s on the floor

Five zones. Everything working.

The space was designed with an interior designer rather than laid out as a product display, so the technology sits in rooms that work as rooms. It’s a fully working smart home you can walk through — press things, tap on sliders, and enjoy your stay.

Smart lighting at the Aqara showroom in Singapore — artificial skylights, cove strips and downlights over the kitchen and dining area
01

Lighting, everywhere you look

Downlights, strips, bulbs — and artificial skylights pouring daylight from the ceiling. Dimming, shifting from warm to cool, running scenes. See the difference between smart bulbs and smart switches on real fixtures before choosing either.

Curtains & shades in motion

Motorised S-fold curtains, roller shades and blind controllers, mounted and running. Feel how quiet the motors actually are — the thing photos can't tell you.

Door locks to try

Add your fingerprints, try our PIN codes, and test Apple Home Keys on our door locks and gate locks. See how the latches, bolts, handles, and other lock mechanisms work, close up.

Switches & control panels

Wall switches, touchscreen scene panels and wireless buttons wired to the room around them. Tap a scene and watch the floor respond.

Sensors & security

Presence sensors, cameras, video doorbells, and door and window sensors — plus the automations they trigger, running live.

The actual smart stuff

Things that will happen to you here.

Not a guided tour — the centre just does its thing, and you’re in it.

01

You’ll be announced.

The front door ding-dongs as you step in — that’s a door sensor telling the hub someone’s arrived. You’ve experienced your first automation before anyone’s said hello.

02

The lights will notice you.

Step into the powder room and the lights come on for you — then the music starts. Step out, and it all shuts off behind you. Nobody’s touching anything.

03

You’ll turn a corner into a club.

Tap Party Time on a wall panel and the room commits — the lights drop to colour and the whole corner changes mood. Then tap Day and watch it snap back like nothing happened. The panels are wired to the floor around you — tap everything.

04

And at 7pm, you’ll be politely evicted.

Our own lights run on a schedule, and closing time means closing time. Stay late enough and they’ll be the ones to tell you.

That’s scenes and automations in the wild. The theory lives on our scenes and automations pages — but it makes more sense after you’ve stood in it.

How a visit goes

Bring your floor plan. Or just your ideas.

There’s no script and no pressure — but if you want one, there’s a flow that works:

1

Walk the floor

Try everything. Dim the lighting wall, run the curtains, unlock the doors. Wander on your own or grab someone — both are fine.

2

Talk it through

Sit down with a consultant — with your floor plan, photos of your place, or nothing but ideas. They'll map devices to rooms and flag the practical stuff early: wiring, hub placement, what your gate actually needs.

3

Leave with a plan

You'll walk out knowing what your home needs, room by room. And when you're ready, the same team quotes, installs and sets it all up.

Who you’ll meet

The best part is the people.

The team you’ll meet at the showroom are experienced, organized, and always happy to share their technical expertise with you. Collectively, they’ve planned and integrated thousands of Aqara smart homes across Singapore.

And they’re not just smart home gurus — the team is also trained on home design: lighting, curtains, and more. They’ll be happy to show you around, and you’ll be in good hands.

The place

People walk in thinking it’s a hotel.

It is a restored shophouse — whitewashed brick, an indoor maple, a real kitchen and a lounge — rather than a room of shelves. Seeing lighting, curtains and locks working in a space that reads as a home tells you more about how they will behave in yours than a spec sheet can.

And the address earns its keep: 24 Keong Saik Road, first floor, on one of Singapore’s most storied streets. Come for the consultation, stay for the coffee shops — some of the city’s best eating is within a five-minute stroll.

Common questions

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but appointments are recommended — a booked slot guarantees a consultant is free to walk you through the setups and plan your home with you.

What are the opening hours?

10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Sunday. The centre is closed on Singapore public holidays.

Is this the official Aqara showroom in Singapore?

Yes — the Aqara Singapore Experience Centre is the official Aqara showroom in Singapore, owned and operated by PFE Technologies, Aqara's official distributor for Singapore.

What can I see at the showroom?

The whole Aqara range installed and working: smart lighting, motorised curtains and shades, door locks and gate locks you can try, wall switches and touchscreen panels, presence sensors, cameras and doorbells — and the automations that tie them together.

How do I get there by MRT?

The Experience Centre is at 24 Keong Saik Road, about a 6-minute walk from Outram Park MRT (East-West, North-East and Thomson-East Coast lines) and a similar walk from Maxwell MRT.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes — there's plenty of parking: street parking along Keong Saik Road itself, and public carparks nearby in the Duxton and Chinatown area. Spaces only start filling up past 6pm, when the dinner crowd arrives.

Can you install what I choose?

Yes. PFE Technologies is Aqara's distributor and professional installation and integration partner for Singapore — the same team behind the showroom handles installation, setup and whole-home integration.

Should I bring anything?

A floor plan helps us plan faster — even a phone photo of one is great. But it's not required: photos of your rooms, or just your ideas, are plenty to start with.
