The G3 runs with Apple Home — including HomeKit Secure Video — plus Google Home and Amazon Alexa, with live streaming to compatible smart displays. Connect Aqara child devices through its hub and they inherit that same cross-platform support, so your whole setup answers to the assistant you already use.

Recognises faces and gestures, on device

A dedicated NPU runs recognition right on the camera — no cloud round-trip, no footage leaving your home. The G3 learns family faces to tailor alerts and trigger automations, and reads hand gestures so you can fire a scene without reaching for your phone.

A 110° lens that pans the whole room

The wide-angle lens pairs with pan-and-tilt motors for up to 340° horizontal and 45° vertical coverage — a full 360° field of awareness with no fixed blind spot. Set cruise routes to sweep priority corners, or let tracking follow the action.

Aqara's most powerful Zigbee 3.0 hub

Beyond a camera, the G3 is a full Zigbee 3.0 hub for a large Aqara network — sensors, switches, lights and curtains all controlled locally. A built-in infrared blaster folds your existing aircon, TV and fan into the same automations, and because IR runs on the device, those routines fire even when the internet is down.

A shutter that literally sleeps

A physical shutter closes over the lens — its sleepy cat face makes an 'off' camera unmistakable across the room. At night, 940nm invisible-LED infrared sees in full darkness without the tell-tale red glow, and an automation can shutter the camera the moment your family arrives home.
