The embedded high-precision reader recognises a fingerprint in under half a second, with a 98.6% success rate, and stores up to 50 prints for the whole household. The matte keypad handles the rest — permanent, periodic and one-time PINs, all generated on the lock itself.

Rated for the front door, rain or shine
The outer panel is IP65 rated and holds up from -35°C to 66°C, so a landed-property gate or an exposed corridor is no problem in Singapore's sun and downpours. Four AA batteries last over eight months, a built-in gyroscope auto-locks once the door shuts, and a USB-C port jumps it back to life in a pinch.

No — the kit sold here includes the Aqara E1 Hub in the box, so remote unlock, notifications and automations work from day one with nothing extra to buy. The lock runs on Zigbee 3.0 through that hub, with Bluetooth as the direct connection at the door.
Will the U100 fit my door?
The U100 is an American-standard deadbolt with a 60 or 70 mm backset, for doors 35–55 mm thick with a 2–10 mm door gap — it replaces a deadbolt, not a mortise lockset, so check what your door currently has. The IP65-rated outer panel is happy on an exposed doorway, rain or shine. Confirm your backset and door thickness before ordering.
Is installation included?
Yes, if you choose it. The U100 Kit is sold with an installation option — select "With Installation" on this page for standard professional installation, or the lock-only option if you would rather fit it yourself or arrange it later.
Does the U100 work with Apple Home and Home Key?
