Thank you for your purchase of an Aqara Smart Door Lock! Your installation will be provided by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd, Aqara’s distributor in Singapore.
Please note that only door locks purchased from PFE Technologies Pte Ltd or its authorised resellers, are eligible for installation through this service. Fees may be chargeable depending on whether your purchase includes installation. Locks purchased from other resellers, online shops, overseas sellers, or distributors will not be eligible for installation, chargeable or non-chargeable.
Notes:
- Your installation time and date is NOT confirmed upon submission of the form. One of our team members will reach out to you to confirm your installation date and timing.
- We will get back to you within 24 hours, but only during office hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm).
- If your preferred date or time isn’t available, we’ll communicate with you to find another suitable time.
- Standard smart door lock installations require 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Our door locks may not be suitable for every door. If it’s not suitable, we’ll work with you and your reseller to find an alternative arrangement.
- Some doors may require special installations which may require a top up (e.g. metal doors). These will be communicated to you beforehand.
