Sealants and adhesives you can paint over, usually with water-based paint. Use them on joints that will be decorated: skirting, trims, cornices, plasterboard and cracks in walls.
On a joint that moves, use a flexible paint so the paint film doesn't crack.
Pereseal 702 is a pure acrylic sealant for aluminium door and window frames and air-conditioning and HVAC ducts, and for interior and exterior caulking with slight to moderate joint movement.
