About PU Foams

One-component polyurethane foam is dispensed from a pressurised can and expands as it cures. It is used for filling, fixing and insulating around openings and service penetrations where the selected product's application limits are suitable.

Foams may be dispensed through an attached straw or a separate foam gun. Gun-grade products allow more controlled dispensing; cleaners and applicator guns are listed separately. Yield, fire classification, cell structure, curing and suitability vary by product and conditions.

Lightweight polyurethane-foam gun for controlled dispensing in professional applications. This PU foam gun is a necessary tool for application of Gun-type PU foams, such as Soudafoam Gun. Requires cleaning after use with a suitable PU foam cleaner, such as Soudal Gun and Foam Cleaner.

Soudal Fill & Fix Foam

Soudal Fill & Fix Foam with CFC-free propellant is a one-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam with CFC-free propellants. Every can comes with a straw adapter which makes applications fuss-free and simple. Each 750 ml can of Soudal Fill & Fix Foam can be expected to create up to 42 litres of cured foam.

Soudal Gun & Foam Cleaner

Soudal Gun and Foam Cleaner is a ready-to-use cleaning aerosol can for use on Soudafoam Gun and Soudal foams. Cleans and partially dissolves fresh and uncured PU foam and foam stains. Also necessary for the cleaning and maintenance of PU foam guns. Fitted with regular threaded adapter for foam guns, and includes spray attachment.

Soudal Soudabond Easy PU Foam Adhesive

SOUDABOND EASY GUN is a one-component PU foam adhesive for permanent bonding of insulation panels, building boards, and plasterboard in building and construction. Soudabond Easy’s 750g of pre-polymer expands to 240 linear metres of adhesive beads, allowing a single can to bond up to 14 m² of area.

Soudal Soudafoam FR Fire-rated PU Foam

Soudafoam FR HY is a single-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam which has a fire rating of up to 240 minutes in certain configurations according to EN 1366-4. It uses CFC-free propellants. Every can comes with a straw adapter for quick, simple, and convenient application to fill gaps, cavities, and joints. With its high-yield formulation and an expansion value of 30 to 40x, each 750 ml can of Soudafoam FR HY can be expected to create up to 34 litres of cured, fire-resistant foam.

Soudal Soudafoam Gun PU Foam

Soudafoam Gun is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam with CFC-free propellants. It requires the use of a specialized PU foam gun; this gun allows for ergonomic application and for achieving its large filling capacities. The stated free-foamed yield is up to 43 litres from a 750 ml can under test conditions; actual yield depends on application conditions.
