Resin-bonded abrasive discs for angle grinders
Fibre discs use abrasive grain on a strong vulcanised-fibre backing. With the correct backing pad and grinder, they are used for stock removal, deburring, weld treatment, rust removal and surface preparation.
The abrasive type and grit should be selected for the workpiece and required removal rate. Observe the marked maximum speed and use a compatible, undamaged backing pad.
Universal fibre disc with a high stock-removal rate and long service life. Suitable for rough grinding and sanding, de-rusting metal parts, deburring and grinding welded seams. These discs are also suitable for precision finishing work on metals. Laser-cut versions can be produced in special shapes for specific applications.
Fibre disc with zirconia alumina grains for self-sharpening effect, and for high aggressiveness on steel and stainless steel. Suitable for rough grinding work.
