Sealants and adhesives for joints with high movement
Sealants and adhesives that stretch and recover with joint movement without tearing or losing adhesion. Low-modulus silicones and hybrid polymers are the usual choice for expansion, perimeter and glazing joints.
For best movement, make the joint about twice as wide as it is deep.
