These terms apply to your use of pfetech.com and to every order you place with PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 197800448W), 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238 (“PFE”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to them. If you are placing an order for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
This website is a product catalogue and enquiry site. You cannot buy or pay for products on it. Orders are placed with us directly through the Contact page, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp, and are confirmed by a quotation, sales order or invoice.
Part A: Use of this website
1. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about the products and brands we supply. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and it is not professional, engineering or specification advice. Some content, such as news posts, is historical and is kept for reference only.
Product images are for illustration and may not show the exact product, colour, pack or variant supplied. We may change product information, images and specifications, or discontinue products, at any time without notice.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the website at any time, including errors in product descriptions, pack sizes or availability.
2. Technical data sheets and documents
Technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), declarations of performance, certificates and catalogues on this website are published by the product manufacturers. They are the manufacturer’s technical reference for each product, and the manufacturer’s current edition takes precedence over any summary on this website. You are responsible for checking that a product and its application method suit your project, substrate, conditions and any applicable codes or specifications.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, layout and graphics, is owned by or licensed to PFE. Brand names, logos, product names and manufacturer documents belong to their respective owners. You may view, download and print content for your own reference or for a project that uses the products. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of the website without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use this website:
- for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law or regulation
- to submit false or misleading information, or to impersonate another person
- to send spam, or to collect or track the personal data of others

We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption, secure or free of errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law.
8. Personal data
Personal data you give us, including through the enquiry form, is handled in line with our Privacy and cookies policy.
Part B: Terms of sale
This part applies to orders for products and services supplied by PFE. Where we have a separate written agreement with you, such as trade account terms or a project contract, that agreement takes precedence to the extent that it differs from these terms.
9. Quotations and orders
Prices and product details on this website or in catalogues are not an offer to sell. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it or, if none is stated, for 30 days. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, by written confirmation, by issuing a sales order or invoice, or by delivering the goods.
All orders are subject to stock availability. We may decline or limit any order. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you to amend or cancel the order.
We may correct obvious errors in a quotation, sales order or invoice, including pricing errors. If a correction changes the price of an accepted order, you may cancel that order before delivery.
10. Prices and GST
Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the prevailing rate, currently 9%. Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice until an order is accepted.
11. Payment
Payment is due on the terms stated on the quotation or invoice. Trade account customers pay on the credit terms agreed in writing with us. Otherwise, payment is due before delivery or collection.
If payment is overdue, we may suspend further deliveries or withdraw credit terms. You are responsible for our reasonable costs of recovering overdue amounts.
12. Delivery and collection
Delivery charges, delivery areas and lead times are set out on our Delivery & Exchange page. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delay, but will keep you informed if an order is held up. We deliver and process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please inspect goods on delivery or collection and tell us of any shortage, visible damage or wrong item as soon as possible, and within 3 working days of receipt.
13. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or, if you collect, on collection. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full for those goods.
14. Exchanges and returns
Exchanges are accepted only under the conditions set out on our Delivery & Exchange page. We do not offer refunds, except in special circumstances at the sole discretion of PFE. Any refund or cancellation may incur charges. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.
15. Use of products
You must store, handle, apply and dispose of products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, technical data sheet and safety data sheet. Any advice we give on product selection or use is given in good faith, but the final decision on whether a product suits a particular application rests with you or your specifier.
16. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies, on the manufacturer’s terms. We will pass on the benefit of that warranty and help you with any claim. We do not give any additional warranty of our own unless we agree it in writing.
A warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect storage, handling, application or use, by use outside the manufacturer’s instructions, or by normal wear and tear.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or data
- our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services concerned
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law. If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
18. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply shortages, shipping or port disruption, manufacturer delays, extreme weather, epidemics, government action, industrial action or failure of utilities or networks. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order without liability, and we will refund any payment for goods not supplied.
Part C: General
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when we accept your order applies to that order. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
20. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure or delay by us in enforcing any term is not a waiver of it. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce them.
21. Governing law
These terms, and any contract for the sale of goods or services by PFE, are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
