Pereseal is our own sealant brand. We started it with the company in 1978, and it has been used on Singapore building work since the early 1980s, including at Changi Airport.
The range covers silicone, acrylic, polyurethane and hybrid-polymer sealants, plus caulking guns and primers. We make it, stock it and support it here.
Light, strong and durable caulking gun. A good thrust ratio extrudes even viscous materials, and the dripless design stops sealant flowing when you release the trigger.
Heavy-duty applicator gun for sausage sealants and adhesives up to 600 ml. A very high thrust ratio gives quick, consistent application with little effort, even with very viscous materials.

Pereseal 702 is a pure acrylic sealant for aluminium door and window frames and air-conditioning and HVAC ducts, and for interior and exterior caulking with slight to moderate joint movement.
Pereseal 802 is a professional-grade acetic silicone sealant. It forms a flexible, durable, water- and weather-tight seal for glazing, cladding and general sealing, inside and out.
Pereseal AF is an anti-fungal neutral silicone for hot, humid areas like bathrooms and kitchens. It cures to a flexible, waterproof seal and contains fungicides against mould, mildew and fungus.
Pereseal FR is an intumescent acrylic sealant for passive fire protection. When heated it chars and expands, stopping heat, smoke and fire passing through the joint.
Pereseal MP is an elastic silicone joint sealant for sealing, jointing, glazing and bonding. It cures to a flexible, weathertight seal and adheres to common building surfaces.
Pereseal N is a neutral-cure, odourless silicone sealant for interior and exterior joints. It cures to a permanently flexible barrier against water, most chemicals and weather.
