We’re looking for a Sales Engineer for our construction and industrial product lines.
Products and customers
You’ll sell Soudal sealants and adhesives, Klingspor abrasives, Pereseal sealants and selected fire-protection products. Our customers work in construction, marine, fabrication, manufacturing and aerospace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business and trade customer accounts.
- Prepare quotations, product recommendations, sales reports and order follow-up.
- Discuss applications with customers and bring in technical support when needed.
- Identify relevant markets, applications and product requirements.
- Travel within Singapore for customer meetings and site discussions.
Requirements
- Sales experience and clear written and spoken communication.
- A technical qualification such as NITEC or a diploma.
- A Class 3 driving licence. You don’t need your own vehicle.
- Experience with construction or fire-protection products is a plus, not a must.
Working arrangements
- Five-day work week, 8.45 am to 6.00 pm.
- You take over an existing group of customer accounts.
- Sales commission scheme.
