Soudal Soudafoam FR Fire-rated PU Foam

Fire-rated PU foam, up to 240 minutes to EN 1366-4, for gaps, cavities and joints. Straw applicator included, CFC-free propellant.

PU foams

Soudafoam FR HY is a single-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use foam. The 240-minute rating applies to specific joint configurations. With 30 to 40x expansion, each 750 ml can yields up to 34 litres of cured, fire-resistant foam.

  • Manufactured with Soudal’s proprietary open-cell PU foam technology
  • Fire-rated up to 4 hours for passive fire protection by compartmentalisation
  • Stops fire, heat, smoke and gases spreading through the joint
  • Adheres to most substrates, but not PTFE, PP or PE
  • High thermal and acoustic insulation
  • Very good gap filling
  • Straw adapter included, no other accessories needed
