Soudal Pro 40P PU Adhesive

Soudal PRO 40 P is a one-component polyurethane wood adhesive, D4 to EN 204. It foams as it cures to fill cavities and pores, and it bonds damp wood.

Application method

Apply to one surface with a brush or notched trowel. Join the parts within 15 minutes and clamp for at least 3 hours. Keep the parts pressed together while it cures to reach full strength.

Suitable substrates

Porous and non-porous surfaces such as wood, concrete, stone and other common construction materials. Not for PE or PP. It cures with moisture from the air or the material, so a light mist of water on the surface speeds up bonding and improves gap filling.
