Delivery and collection
We deliver orders placed offline or through our sales representatives to your premises in Singapore. You can also collect them yourself from 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238. Our location, contact details and opening hours are on the Contact page.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days, and in-stock items can usually go out the next working day. Order volume or the timing of your order can affect this. Contact us to check timing.
Someone authorised must be at the delivery address to sign for the goods with the company stamp.
Delivery charges
For orders placed offline or through our sales representatives, delivery costs SGD 40.00 per trip before GST. This covers mainland Singapore only.
We can waive the delivery charge for orders above SGD 200.00 nett. Conditions may apply.

Exchanges

Refunds
We do not process or issue refunds, except in special circumstances, when a refund/cancellation charge applies. Any refund is at the sole discretion of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd.
