Can a salesperson visit to discuss an application?
Yes. Tell our sales team the product, application, location and project stage, and we’ll arrange a visit.
Can home users buy one or two products?
We mainly supply businesses, contractors and project customers. For a small order, contact us first and we’ll tell you which stockists carry the product, or another way to buy it.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs SGD 40 per trip before GST, to anywhere on mainland Singapore. We can waive it for orders above SGD 200 nett. We aim to deliver within 3 working days, and stock items usually go out the next working day. See Delivery & exchange for details.
Do you handle export orders?
Send our sales team the product, quantity and destination, and we’ll come back with a quote and shipping options.
Products and technical information
Where are Pereseal products manufactured?
Pereseal is our own brand. We make Pereseal sealants at our facility in Singapore, and they have been used on Singapore building work since the early 1980s.
What is the difference between silicone, polyurethane and hybrid-polymer sealants?
Silicone sealants are the usual choice for weathering, glazing and sanitary joints. Polyurethane sealants suit joints that need adhesion, movement capability and paintability. Hybrid polymers both seal and bond, and are generally paintable. Tell us your substrates and joint, and we’ll recommend one.
Are “silicon” and “silicone” the same?
No. Silicon is a chemical element. Silicone is a family of polymers used in products including silicone sealants.
Which Fix All product should I use?
Fix All products differ in colour, transparency, initial grab, curing speed, elasticity and intended use. See the Fix All comparison chart, or tell us your substrates and service conditions and we’ll recommend one.
Do sealants require primers?
Our Fix All hybrid polymers need no primer on common building materials. Pereseal silicones need a primer on porous surfaces but not on glass, metal and other non-porous surfaces. Each product page lists its surface preparation.
