Can a salesperson visit to discuss an application?
Site visits can be arranged for suitable projects. Contact the sales team with the product, application, location and project stage.
Can home users buy one or two products?
PFE primarily supplies business, contractor and project customers, and minimum order quantities may apply. For smaller orders, contact us to check current stockists or another available purchasing route before visiting a retailer.
Is delivery free?
Delivery charges and minimum-order conditions depend on the order. Contact the sales team for current terms.
Does PFE handle export orders?
Export availability depends on the product and destination. Send the required product, quantity and destination to the sales team for confirmation.

Where are Pereseal products manufactured?
Pereseal sealants are manufactured at PFE’s facility in Singapore.
What is the difference between silicone, polyurethane and hybrid-polymer sealants?
Silicone sealants are commonly used for weathering, glazing and sanitary joints. Polyurethane sealants are used where adhesion, movement capability and paintability are required. Hybrid polymers can be used for both sealing and bonding and are generally paintable. Suitability still depends on the substrate, joint design and exposure conditions.
Are “silicon” and “silicone” the same?
No. Silicon is a chemical element. Silicone is a family of polymers used in products including silicone sealants.
Why can results differ from a technical data sheet?
Technical data is measured under stated test conditions. Actual results can vary with the substrate, preparation, joint geometry, temperature, humidity and application method. Carry out a compatibility or application test when required.
Do test reports expire?
A test report records a product test at a particular time and does not usually carry a general expiry date. Standards, product formulations and project acceptance requirements can change, so confirm that the report and product version are current for the intended use.
Which Fix All product should I use?
Fix All products differ in colour, transparency, initial grab, curing speed, elasticity and intended application. Review the Fix All comparison chart or contact PFE with the substrates and service conditions.
Do sealants require primers?
Primer and surface-preparation requirements depend on the product, substrate and exposure conditions. Follow the applicable technical data sheet and carry out a preliminary adhesion test where required.
