AQUASWELL is a one-component, high-quality polyurethane sealant that swells in contact with water to form a waterproof seal. Developed for water-tight and gastight sealing in pipe and cable penetrations, especially in concrete.

APPLICATIONS

Water- and gas-tight sealing of pipe- and cable penetrations.
Water- and gas-tight sealing of concrete joints.
Bonding of water-swelling water-stop tape onto rough surfaces.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

In the case of large spaces between pipe and inner walls, back fillings may be required. Use back paddings to create the application depth of minimum 5 cm.
Aquaswell is recommended around and on the outside of cable and pipe penetrations.
For the inside of cable/pipe penetrations, we recommend Soudapack WST for flexible sealing. Its non-hardening property allows for future addition/removal of cables.
